If our product does not arrive looking as our online samples or if it has a material flaw, we will refund your money or exchange it. It’s that simple! You must email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt for return instructions.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. Merchandise must be in original condition. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) the package tracking number.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds based on incorrect shirt sizes. Since we do not know what each of our customers look like, or what their shirt fit preferences are, we have no way of knowing if each customer will fit in the size they order.Our shirts are one-offs (Meaning, once a order is placed we then create the shirt, thus we do not have a inventory).
If a mistake was made when selecting your size or you would like to cancel a order, you must email us (email@example.com) no longer than 24hrs of placing your order. Orders go in for printing 2 days after they are received.
Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
